Team Coaching & Facilitation
My work with teams is completely bespoke and varies depending on the team's needs. For some of my clients, it means working with the group as a whole and then following on with individuals to embed the work and develop individuals to play their part in the team. For others, it means working with the group as a whole and facilitating a deeper understanding of how the team dynamic plays out.
Ultimately my work as a team coach is concerned with creating space where the team can reflect on how they are attending to their task and learn from how they work together. Some of my typical Team Coaching assignments include:
Offering support and a safe, confidential space for your team to talk and process their feelings about work.
Bring the team together by surfacing unconscious barriers to growth.
Help create a consistent, supportive resource for the individuals as they navigate further transformation at work.
Observing the group dynamic as a whole. Harvest key themes that we can focus on to help shift certain behaviours and ways of working to create a more efficient, harmonious culture.
