“Working with Phil has been fantastic, and I look forward to our catch-ups. I was introduced to Phil at a time of significant change in the responsibilities of my role, and Phil has supported me through this transition. The highlight for me has been the ease by which conversations with Phil draw out key areas of development and how we work together to work through issues.”

Phil Edelston

As a founder of a successful multinational business, I have experienced first-hand the challenges we face as leaders within organisations.

I co-founded my first company Mash Staffing, in 2004 just a few years out of university. Mash grew rapidly into a multi-award winning, multinational business with over 150 full time employees working with brands such as Nike, Samsung, BMW and Peloton. In 2020 Mash was successfully merged with Stellar Global and I exited the business to focus on my passion of coaching and developing leaders.

I came to coaching after 20 years of building and growing my own businesses. I know what’s possible when you tap into your emotional realm and harness it to lead and grow a business, and I know personally the cost of turning away from emotions and feelings to perform as the kind of leader we’re all conditioned to try and emulate.

My role as an executive coach is to guide and support leaders and leadership teams as we let go of old ways that no longer serve us and embrace the emotional, messy human-ness that ultimately makes us the great leaders of the future.

I trained at the Tavistock Clinic in systems-psychodynamic coaching and am an experienced senior practitioner, accredited by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).

I offer my clients a combination of coaching techniques that help surface the unconscious issues that may be blocking them whilst at the same time bringing my experience of building companies into our work together.
